Control Room Shift Manager
Job Overview:
Join us as a Control Room Shift Manager and oversee operations during the assigned shift, with a particular focus on ensuring the security of assets and motivating team members effectively.
Your Role:
- Supervise the operation of assigned table games on a scheduled shift, emphasizing the security of assets and effective motivation of team members.
- Display a working knowledge of all table games rules & procedures and stay up to date with changes.
- Protect the integrity of the games through observation and reporting of any suspicious activity.
- Handle tables assignment, opening and closure, and planned and unplanned maintenances.
- Efficiently manage gaming errors through a ticketing system and refer disputes to the Head of Control Room.
- Ensure the functionality of the studio on shift; submit incident reports for each technical or operational error.
- Maintain a positive rapport and professional interaction with all Table Games Team Members and those from other Departments.
- Mentor Control Room Specialists and assess their performance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Maintain game standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Proof of authorization to work in Bulgaria.
- High School Degree.
- Able and comfortable to use relevant equipment and software applications.
- Previous experience either in online or land-based casinos preferred.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management and other Team Members.
- Intermediate to Advanced PC Skills.
