Game Integrity and Risk Specialist

Job Overview:

Join us as a Game Integrity and Risk Specialist and handle game integrity queries and account security issues, following Company procedures while providing excellent service.

Your Role:

• Handle game integrity queries and account security issues.
• Work on customer-reported and system-generated cases for collusion and potential violations.
• Perform analysis of potential risk factors and manage detection of fraudulent players on a daily basis.
• Monitor betting patterns and respond based on SOP.
• Create reports and research risk factors that might affect table activity.
• Ensure game and equipment integrity.
• Analyze data to understand and highlight potential risks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain game standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proof of authorization to work in Bulgaria.
• A minimum of 18 years of age.
• High school degree.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 service suite.
• Good knowledge of online gaming products.
• Knowledge of Live-dealer games is a big plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management and other Team Members.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• High level of responsibility and integrity.

Important Job Information:

• You will be working rotating shifts with regular breaks on site at our Sofia studio.
• The role requires individuals to work different shifts with reasonable notice. This will also involve being on-call on occasion.
