Performance Assurance Specialists

Job Overview: The Performance Assurance Specialist is responsible for evaluating the performance of game presenters and game show presenters. This role focuses on monitoring player feedback and identifying areas for improvement to maintain the highest gaming standards.

Your Role:

• Perform performance evaluations of game presenters and game show presenters.
• Assess overall gameplay experience and monitor player feedback.
• Collaborate with engineers, audio-video specialists, and other relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
• Prepare regular reports on performance and provide improvement recommendations.
• Monitor the quality of live streaming.
• Maintain positive rapport and professional interaction with all Table Games Team Members and other Departments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain game standards and identify training needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Degree.
• Comfortable using relevant equipment and software applications.
• Good knowledge of online gaming products and game development processes is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management and other Team Members.
• Intermediate to Advanced PC Skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
