Floor Supervisor

Job Overview:

Join us as a Floor Supervisor and supervise all the operations of the assigned table games during your shift, protecting game integrity through observation and managing gaming disputes in a positive and professional manner.

Your Role:

  • Supervise the operation of assigned table games on a scheduled shift, placing special emphasis on the security of assets and the effective motivation of team members.
  • Manage, coach, motivate, and build team spirit.
  • Use good judgment to make the right decision for the operation while always showing the highest level of character.
  • Prepare performance appraisals.
  • Display a working knowledge of all table games rules & procedures and stay up to date with changes.
  • Protect the integrity of the games through observation and reporting of any suspicious activity.
  • Efficiently manage gaming disputes and refer disputes to the Pit Manager.
  • Interact professionally with all Team Members, provide game and property information when needed, and anticipate Team Members’ needs.
  • Keep all information on guest activity and Table Games Operations confidential.
  • Maintain a positive rapport and professional interaction with all Table Games Team Members and those from other Departments.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Meet the attire and grooming standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Proof of authorization to work in Bulgaria.
  • High School Degree.
  • Able and comfortable to use relevant equipment and software applications.
  • Previous experience either in online or land-based casinos preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management and other Team Members.
  • Commitment to outstanding customer service and excellent customer relations and communication skills.
