Senior Software Engineer (Node & React, Headless API)

Remote, Europe

This role is part of our Ayrshare, one of our growing brands at saas.group.

Ayrshare offers a unified social media API to post, schedule, analyze, comment, and message across 13+ networks — letting developers integrate social media features in minutes while removing the burden of maintaining multiple native integrations.

We’re looking for an outstanding backend Engineer who will own critical parts of our technical landscape and build new features for our platform. As a strong individual contributor, you’ll code daily, guide architecture, and ensure our systems remain stable and scalable.

You’ll work closely with our CEO and a small senior engineering team. Our platform is highly stable (near-100% uptime), developer-first, and headless API–driven, used by engineers worldwide.

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:

  • Launch our Instagram Ads integration as part of the core product.
  • Integrate with AI development/coding platforms (e.g., vibe coding tools) to expand product capabilities.
  • Drive ongoing improvements to the core platform, preserving our near-100% uptime and developer-first quality.

Your responsibilities

  • Code daily while leading by example, shipping features with production-quality standards.
  • Develop scalable, fault-tolerant systems and APIs.
  • Collaborate with business leaders on our roadmap
  • Make pragmatic, risk-aware decisions that balance innovation with uptime.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to translate product strategy into execution.
  • Dive into customer issues in partnership with our engineering team

What You Bring to the Table

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with proven impact at senior levels.
  • Strong expertise in software design & architecture, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on coding skills in NodeJS, React, Firebase, and APIs.
  • Excitement about integrating with AI platforms and vibe coding tools
  • Deep understanding of software quality practices (testing, CI/CD, documentation).
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a remote-first, async environment.
  • Pragmatic problem-solver: you balance speed with quality and know when to optimize.
