Profile Overview
As the CEO, you will drive the strategic direction, operational excellence, and international expansion of the DACH region’s most beloved photo gallery product. You will lead a passionate and dedicated team, ensuring that our commitment to customer satisfaction remains at the core of our growth. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, with extensive experience in developing GTM strategies, a strong understanding of SaaS businesses, and a proven track record in scaling companies internationally.
Your responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy to expand internationally while solidifying our leadership in existing markets.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and industry trends.
- Team Leadership:
- Inspire, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.
- Ensure the team remains aligned with the company’s mission and values.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
- Implement best practices in SaaS operations, including customer success, product development, and marketing.
- Customer Obsession:
- Maintain the company’s unwavering focus on customer satisfaction and NPS leadership.
- Ensure that customer feedback drives continuous improvement in our offerings.
- Financial Stewardship:
- Manage the company’s P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Partner with the board to secure and allocate resources for strategic initiatives.
- International Expansion:
- Drive the company’s growth into new markets, leveraging data-driven insights and localized strategies.
- Build partnerships and networks to establish a strong presence internationally.
What You bring to the table
- Proven experience as a CEO, General Manager, or senior leader in a SaaS or technology-driven business.
- Track record of scaling a company, including experience with international expansion.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS business model, customer success, and subscription-based revenue streams.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, coupled with the ability to execute effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; German proficiency is a strong plus.
- Passion for photography or familiarity with the professional photography industry is a bonus.
