Junior Ad Operations Specialist

You will:

  • Support and coordinate the creation of dynamic web ads for the regional tech support team;
  • Ensure banners meet the highest quality standards while complying with brand guidelines and industry best practices;
  • Liaise with teams of account managers, sales managers, graphic designers and web developers;
  • Update internal systems documentation and knowledge base articles.

Desired Experience: 

  • About 6 months of professional experience;
  • Experience in customer/internal stakeholders support;
  • Knowledge of English and Polish at min. B2 is essential;
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
  • Accuracy and meticulousness in assigned tasks;
  • Independence and good organisation of work;
  • Proactivity and willingness to take initiative, deadline driven approach;
  • Willingness to enter into long-term cooperation;
  • A degree in Marketing / Economics / Linguistics or similar is nice to have;
  • Interest in the area of online marketing; ecommerce or IT is welcome.
