Our team in CEEC region consists of 21 people and is an integral part of our company’s global presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision.
Account Manager at RTB House is the primary Point of Contact for existing clients that have been acquired by our Sales team.
Account Management is a core function to ensure client retention, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and grow revenues of the existing partners. Account Managers are in charge of all post-sale communication and lead cross-functional teams to maintain and reconfigure the campaigns in line with performance targets agreed with clients.
As a market leader, RTB House develops a range of new products and our Account Managers will be among those who bring these innovative solutions to the market.
You Will:
- Develop relationships and negotiate business terms with decision-makers of the largest e-commerce companies;
- Provide transparency over campaign performance for the client representatives to ensure premium customer service;
- Create remarketing strategies for different verticals (fashion, marketplace, retail and classifieds industries) based on data analysis and your own creativity;
- Adhere to the company goals related to campaign management (i.e. keep an eye on campaign margin and scale);
- Regularly report campaign status for the largest clients and provide improvement ideas
- Assist customers in the process of launching ad campaigns;
- Obtain, review and process orders; ensure timely payments for our services;
- Develop professional technical knowledge related to the solutions offered by RTB House and overall developments in the digital marketing domain.
Desired Experience:
- Solid understanding of the online advertising industry, esp. performance marketing;
- 2+ years of experience managing online advertising campaigns and client relationships;
- Language knowledge: advanced command of English; fluency in Czech or Slovak; Hungarian would be an advantage;
- Google Analytics 4 knowledge would be an advantage;
- Self-motivated positive individual with an achiever attitude;
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to absorb information quickly and deliver within tight time frame;
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Exceptional professionalism and business acumen;
- Location: Prague or Bratislava.
