Our Client Services Department in the USA consists of 25 people and is an integral part of our company’s global presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision.

You Will:
- Provide analytical support to the Client Services team.
- Conceptualise, recommend, and implement guidelines and repeatable processes.
- Design and develop reporting solutions for key business stakeholders.
- Collect and analyse data from internal systems, converting it into actionable business recommendations.
- Translate local market business requirements into reports and dashboard solutions.
- Support financial forecasting through analysis of historical data, trends, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to align analytics with business objectives.
- Manage data integrity.
Desired Experience:
- 2–5 years in analytics, consulting, or related fields; preferably in digital/programmatic advertising, e-commerce, or online media.
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- SQL skills and familiarity with Python preferred.
- Basic financial modeling and forecasting knowledge.
- Skilled at translating complex data into actionable insights; able to identify trends and risks early.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, independent, and able to own projects end-to-end while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and programmatic advertising platforms (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related discipline; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (Google Analytics, Tableau) are a plus.
- Understanding of retargeting, RTB models, or US market advertising is beneficial.
