(Senior) Account Manager

You Will:
- Be a single point of contact for communication and daily advisory for the clients responding to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
- Have full responsibility for management as well as cross- and up-selling of a portfolio of the largest regional gaming publishers’ campaigns;
- Devise campaign strategies based on data analysis, client needs, and your own creativity while adhering to the company goals related to campaign management best practices;
- Regularly report campaign status for the largest clients and provide improvement ideas;
- Ensure client’s satisfaction and goals delivery at scale to build long-term relationships;
- Provide specific information regarding company’s services and products;
- Assist in the process of gaming campaigns integration and optimization to deliver on clients’ goals to help them boost revenue and users engagement;
- Obtain, review and process orders and ensure timely payments for our services;
- Directly help clients improve advertising strategy and provide relevant retargeting recommendations;
- Be a reliable and likable team player constantly developing industry knowledge and staying up-to-date with the digital advertising trends (with particular focus on in-app gaming advertising);
- Daily contact with and advisory for the commercial as well as technical, creative, HQ, sales teams and other internal teams to come up with solutions to an array of different problems;
- Ensure high standards of timely customer service for lasting win-win sustainable/evergreen/business-as-usual campaigns based on client needs, product knowledge and own experience;
- Propose solutions for new relevant tools and processes development to further build the organization gaming subject matter expertise.
Desired Experience:
- We are open to offering an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager position depending on your years of experience;
- Experience in ad tech mobile gaming growth advertising industry, esp. in-app gaming performance retargeting campaigns and the RTB process from a full service (managed) DSP perspective;
- Proficiency in cooperation with MMPs and other integration and data analytics tools;
- At least 2 years in large clients account management, ideally in in-app gaming domain;
- Ability to cooperate and communicate smoothly and concisely with various senior stakeholders to deliver excellent results in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment, as well as to deeply understand customer needs and requirements to build lasting relationships;
- Broad business past contacts network within relevant top gaming studios is a strong plus;
- Strong results-orientation, consultative approach, and ability to work independently with positive, can-do attitude in an international environment;
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite, as well as customer support and project management tools and processes;
- Multi-tasking, resourcefulness, with a high level of energy and motivation;
- Strong analytical skills with ability to solve problems efficiently and independently;
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail, perceptiveness;
- Results orientation, consultative approach and ability to work independently, being able to self-motivate with positive can-do attitude;
- Fluent English is a must, while knowledge of Chinese (written and spoken) is a must;
- Business level Japanese or Korean is a nice plus (but not a must)
- Genuine interest in mobile growth marketing, gaming, and latest AI technologies applications;
- Establishing your own business venture or startup in the past will be an advantage.
