Our team in DACH consists of over 40 people and is an integral part of our company’s global presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision. We embrace a "remote-first" approach, allowing our team members the flexibility to work remotely.
The Marketing team is crucial in driving our company’s success, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver data-driven strategies, impactful campaigns, and strong brand communication that fuel growth and support our commercial priorities across the DACH market.
You Will:
Marketing Strategy & Data-Driven Planning
- Execute the implementation of annual marketing plans for the DACH region, aligned with global marketing strategy and local business objectives;
- Prioritize high-impact activities based on defined metrics, regional business needs, and close collaboration with Sales and Account Management teams;
- Track, measure, and report on marketing KPIs and activity performance regularly;
- Use insights and analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and optimize resource allocation;
- Identify growth opportunities and propose strategic marketing initiatives in collaboration with local stakeholders, while also ensuring continuity of existing successful activities;
- Manage the regional marketing and PR budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and strong ROI.
Campaigns & Events
- Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns to generate demand and deepen engagement with prospects and existing clients;
- Design and deliver tailored activities supporting both new business and client retention;
- Lead the planning and execution of owned and external event participation, from concept to follow-up;
- Ensure business relevance, content quality, and measurable ROI for each activity;
- Coordinate speaking opportunities for regional leadership, ensuring balanced brand presence and credibility.
Brand Communication & Content
- Strengthen the RTB House brand across the DACH region, in line with the group’s brand strategy;
- Localize global content and messaging while incorporating market-specific nuances;
- Collaborate with PR agencies to secure local media presence, manage press activities, and monitor coverage;
- Create impactful marketing and sales materials, including case studies, landing pages, and presentations;
- Ensure content resonates with the local audience while maintaining consistency with global messaging.
Collaboration
- Act as a strategic partner to the DACH Regional Business Director, as well as the Sales, Account Management, and Inventory departments, with a strong understanding of commercial priorities;
- Maintain ongoing communication with HQ Marketing, Regional Marketing & PR peers, and DACH Business teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
Desired Experience:
- 5+ years of marketing experience (proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, digital, or advertising industries);
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities, paired with practical experience in planning and executing complex marketing and PR strategies;
- Leveraging a data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies accordingly to business goals;
- Proven track record in content creation for sales meetings, events, webinars, podcasts, panel discussions, and keynote presentations;
- Outstanding project management and cooperation skills with the ability to balance multiple stakeholders;
- Knowledge of the latest trends, Account-based Marketing strategies, content marketing, social media, and events;
- Fluency in German and English
