We are looking for a self-starter who is ready to take complete ownership of all UK marketing activities by proactively driving regional demand-generation programs. They will be delivering impactful sales-focused content and implementing innovative ideas to support Sales and Account Management teams. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to independently shape and execute our local marketing strategy, make measurable contributions to business growth, and directly impact RTB House’s ongoing success story in the UK,  a journey that’s just taking off!

You Will: 

  • Take complete ownership of all UK marketing activities: proactively support Sales (new business) and Account Management (existing business) to drive revenue growth.
  • Build credible relationships with the local Sales and Account Management teams to understand their needs and co-create impactful programs.
  • Act as a self-starter, independently create, plan, and manage field marketing activities to generate tangible results aligned with sales objectives and account retention goals.
  • Drive regional demand generation programs, including in-person events, webinars, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), third-party conferences, VIP dinners, and partner co-marketing events.
  • Collaborate with partners and third parties to deliver impactful marketing content (case studies, testimonials, industry content, supportive sales collateral), and collaborate closely with local teams (e.g. Account Management and Sales) to source clients, gather insights, and ensure timely execution.
  • Identify and implement innovative, out-of-the-box ideas to proactively support Sales and Account Management teams in overcoming their business challenges.
  • Measure, analyse, and optimise marketing activities while demonstrating ROI and pipeline contribution effectively.
  • Manage UK marketing budget, prioritising investments with the highest business impact.
  • Adapt global marketing strategies to UK market specifics and collaborate closely with the Global Marketing team to maintain alignment and consistency.
  • Monitor market changes and proactively adjust strategies to capture new opportunities.
  • Coordinate PR efforts in collaboration with external partners when needed.

Desired Experience: 

  • 3+ years B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech or related industries.
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach to supporting revenue teams through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Evidential experience in creating sales-focused content (case studies, testimonials, collateral, webinars, events).
  • Event management expertise (webinars, conferences, workshops, partner events).
  • Ability to independently plan and execute integrated campaigns aligned with clear business goals.
  • Demonstrable ownership and accountability coupled with the capability of driving projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Data-driven approach to measuring performance, ROI, and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends, including ABM, demand generation, content marketing, and event formats.
