(Junior) Account Manager - Benelux

Our team in the Benelux consists of 15 people and is an integral part of our company’s global presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision. While the team operates remotely, we do have access to office space in Barcelona that’s available for use. There’s full flexibility to work from home, and occasional travel might be required, whether for client meetings in the Benelux or for internal workshops and team events, which typically take place in Amsterdam.
The Account Management team is crucial in driving our company’s success, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional client satisfaction and ensure campaigns align with mutually agreed performance targets.

You Will:
- Develop relationships and negotiate business terms with decision-makers of the largest e-commerce companies in the Benelux region;
- Up- and cross-sell campaigns and products to ensure the growth of the accounts;
- Provide transparency over campaign performance for the client representatives to ensure premium customer service;
- Create retargeting strategies for different verticals;
- Optimize the performance of the campaigns in line with clients' goals;
- Develop professional technical knowledge related to the solutions offered by RTB House and overall developments in the digital marketing domain;
- Work closely with technical and sales teams within the company to ensure the superior performance of the campaigns;
- As part of the local account management team, actively exchange insights and best practices with colleagues across other markets, particularly Scandinavia and the Baltics and Balkans regions, to drive collective success;
- Travel regularly across multiple countries within the Benelux region to meet clients face-to-face
Desired Experience:
- Basic understanding of the online advertising industry, especially performance marketing;
- First years of experience in managing online advertising campaigns in a client-facing role;
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for client meetings;
- Self-motivated positive individual with an achiever attitude;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to absorb information quickly and deliver within tight time frames;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- First proven experience in negotiations, with a strong focus on upselling and proactive selling. Ability to drive growth by building trust-based client relationships, taking a forward-pushing yet consultative approach to scaling accounts;
- Ability to keep open communication, particularly when working remotely;
- Fluency in English and Dutch
