Sales Enablement Analyst

We are looking for a multitalented sales enthusiast to join our team as a Sales Enablement Specialist. A person in this position will support Sales Directors in every stage of the sales cycle, work closely with our VP of Sales on monitoring & analyzing sales performance and also run strategic projects with other Sales Enablers from around the world. 

You Will:

  • Partner with the US sales team to drive and optimize results
  • Carrying out market and prospect-based research
  • Creating customized sales materials for top prospects
  • Facilitating agency briefs handling (gathering and combining informationSale from the HQ product teams and local team) 
  • ensuring high quality of local CRM data to enable sales analysis and forecasting
  • conducting sales related qualitative analysis to support data-driven decision making
  • Supporting internal sales related projects
  • Working closely with Sales Enablement colleagues from other countries

Desired Experience: 

  • + 1 year of work experience
  • Independence, accuracy, proactivity;
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the field of digital marketing (nice to have);
  • Preferred experience in sales enablement roles: sales support, sales analysis, market analysis, market research
  • The ability to communicate information and conclusions clearly and effectively;
  • Very well-developed skills of logical and analytical thinking;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to manage different stakeholders and responsibilities 
  • Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented personality
  • Entrepreneurial spirit

The salary range for this role is $105,000 to $135,000 in base pay, and is exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined on a case by case basis based on experience, skills, training, certifications, education, etc., and will be informed by market data.
