Senior Financial Controller (Promotons)

Promotons is a digital platform that aggregates promotional leaflets from a wide range of retailers, helping users effortlessly discover the latest deals and offers. Available as both a mobile app and a website, Promotons enables users to browse promotions, create shopping lists, and easily find the best prices.
Originally developed within the RTB House group, Promotons now operates as an independent entity, powered by the RTB House platform. The team behind Promotons works collaboratively to deliver outstanding campaign performance and maximize client value through innovative, AI-driven solutions.

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Independent financial management of three entities – one in Poland and two abroad.
• Coordination and supervision of accounting processes conducted by external accounting offices for three entities.
• Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings in compliance with local laws.
• Monitoring financial performance, including profit and loss, cash flow, and cost control for three entities.
• Acting as a point of contact for external accounting offices, providing necessary financial data.
• Issuing sales invoices.
• Managing cash flow forecasts and payment schedules to ensure financial stability and liquidity.
• Preparing financial analyses, reports, and forecasts to support decision-making at the management level.
• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations in collaboration with external advisors.
• Providing financial support and insights to local and central business managers.

Desired Experience: 

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or auditing, ideally in an international environment.
• Proficiency in financial tools, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent command of Polish and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of tax law and regulations (Polish) will be a plus.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
