Why RTB House?
As a Technical Account Manager, you ensure the successful integration of RTB House tools with our clients' websites or applications and optimize their ad campaigns. In addition, you provide an efficient, timely response to possible campaign errors and early warnings. It is thanks to your analytical and support skills that we can ensure the implementation and realization of our clients' marketing goals.

You Will:

  • Maintain a broad technical understanding of RTB House platform and be the first point of contact.
  • Launching advertising campaigns (including verifying tracking code implementation, ordering banners, and analyzing product feeds).
  • Making changes to new and existing campaigns to translate business objectives into technical deliverables.
  • Ongoing monitoring of all advertising campaigns assigned to you.
  • Proactive response to campaign errors and warnings (troubleshooting).
  • Cooperating with Account Managers, sales, business teams, graphic designers, and other departments.

Desired Experience: 

  • Proven experience in tech support & digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, logical functions, advanced data filtering, and charts.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, particularly in conveying technical concepts in a way that is easily understandable for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, python, etc.
  • Working knowledge in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and MMP Dashboards.
