RTB House launched its operations in Germany in November 2017 and has since expanded into a dynamic team of over 40 professionals. Embracing a 'remote-first' approach, our team members are located across Germany, with an additional office presence in Berlin. We collaborate with leading e-commerce brands across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, specialising in the Fashion, Health & Beauty, Home & Garden, Travel, and Classifieds sectors.

As we continue our exceptional growth in the DACH region, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. The Programmatic Media Partner will work closely with the cross-functional team in HQ and the local RTB House commercial teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relations with new publishers and inventory supply partners;
  • Negotiate with publishers and identifying growth opportunities on key accounts;
  • Manage dedicated PMP market inside programmatic buying;
  • Provide superior client services to publishers, from troubleshooting to billing;
  • Sell comfortably & speak to ad technology companies & deal structures for the best interest of the business;
  • Contribute to building & evangelising the RTB House brand in co-operation with local Publishers;
  • Cooperation with advertising product sales departments regarding the programmatic purchase of advertising space;

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the online advertising ecosystem, including current technical advancements and the programmatic landscape
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as, strong presentation skills;
  • Good knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables;
  • Fluent spoken and written English and German;
  • Very organised and able to prioritise effectively;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills;
