Sales Manager/Sales Director

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Identify new sales opportunities (direct and agencies) and convert them into RTB House customers
- Acquire, build, and grow accounts by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers of advertisers and within the advertising/media agencies environment
- Work closely with marketing, account management, and technical teams to ensure unified vision when corresponding with customers
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals accordingly to the sales plan and comprehensively expand portfolio of RTB House’s new customers
- Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction, and interaction
ABOUT YOU
- A minimum of 3-year sales experience in a B2B environment
- Persuasion, exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Good communicator and work successfully within a team environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations
- Successful experience utilizing CRM to manage sales pipeline
- Good understanding of the online advertising industry, performance marketing, and RTB model
- Business level English and Korean
