As Head of Sales, you will be instrumental in establishing ourselves as an open internet market leader in Spain. You will continue to scale the business at pace and drive positive change for our clients and throughout RTB House’s business.

What you will do:

  • Own and execute the client-direct sales strategy for RTB House 
  • Manage the sales team, sales process and sales pipeline to deliver expected results
  • Engage personally in the acquisition of key prospects
  • Recruit and manage a team of high-performing sales professionals
  • Act as an ambassador for the business throughout conferences and speaking engagements
  • Deliver best-in-class sales service by working alongside our Account Manager team
  • Work with internal teams to drive awareness of RTB House in the Spanish market

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing, recruiting and leading sales teams
  • A minimum of 8 years of sales experience within the online industry
  • Capability to build and execute sales vision, budgets and sales target plans
  • Goal-oriented approach, and experience in managing the sales process and sales pipeline 
  • Strong network within the Spanish Media Industry across direct clients, specifically within retail, travel and classifieds verticals
  • Comprehensive knowledge of performance marketing, programmatic buying, and RTB model
  • Comfortable building relationships with clients and creating value-driven proposals
  • Strong influencer with exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on leadership style
  • University degree / related tertiary studies
