Since opening our operations in the Benelux in 2017, we have rapidly established ourselves as a trusted partner for renowned brands within verticals such as Fashion, Travel, and Home.
We embrace a "remote-first" approach, allowing our team members the flexibility to work remotely most of the time. However, to maintain a strong team dynamic and allow for valuable in-person interactions, we aim to meet once a month in our Amsterdam office.
With over 15 dedicated employees in the Benelux region, we are continuously expanding our team and have ambitious growth plans.

About the Team
The sales department in the Benelux focuses on boosting clients' businesses by providing top-notch digital advertising solutions with professionalism, integrity, and passion. The team plays a crucial role in bringing the company's innovative products to market, working closely with technical and account management teams to ensure high campaign performance.

They manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, contribute to strategic market positioning in Benelux, and maintain strong client relationships at all levels. The team works with major brands, handles senior client interactions, and participates in key industry events, with the role reporting directly to the Country Manager.

What You'll Do And How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Handle the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing to generate sales with some of the biggest e-commerce brands in the region;
  • Directly engage with Directors and senior decision-makers on the client side;
  • Collaborate with technical and account management teams to ensure campaign success;
  • Contribute to strategy and growth as a digital market leader in the Benelux region;
  • Develop strategies to meet client needs and acquire new business while reporting on sales process status for existing and potential customers;
  • Maintain and elevate client relationships at all business levels;
  • Participate in major industry events.

What we are looking for:

  • Years of seasoned experience in direct B2B sales in digital marketing or advertising, with demonstrated success in selling high-ticket, complex solutions to e-commerce and marketing teams at large corporations with a consultative selling approach;
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising, with an existing network of key contacts and decision-makers in the industry;
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast sales, build sales plans, and translate customer needs into profitable solutions while consistently hitting KPIs in mid to longer-term sales cycles;
  • Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and positive achiever attitude;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English (C1 or above);
  • Recognized as a thought leader in online advertising, e-commerce and/or performance marketing industries, capable of building a vision with prospects and establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders.
