HR Business Partner

What you will do:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for managers and associates in HR-related matters;
  • Cooperate closely with the management and associates to improve business relationships and increase productivity;
  • Run and/or participate in global HR projects;
  • Roll out global initiatives and processes in assigned departments;
  • Consult local management and provide advice to the HR HQ department;
  • Analyze trends and indicators to develop solutions, programs and policies (satisfaction, retention etc.);
  • Develop and propose solutions for business units’ structure, workforce planning and succession;
  • Advise and cooperate in the scope of performance management (consulting, coaching, career development, interdisciplinary activities);
  • Solve complex problems related to associate relations, conduct research and activities supporting associate engagement;
  • Adapt of day-to-day associates’ management to legal requirements to reduce legal risk and ensure compliance with regulations;
  • Identify training and coaching needs in the teams, participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.

 

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in HR Business Partner role;
  • 8+ years work experience;
  • Fluency in English (C1 level);
  • Proven record of cooperation with people on all levels of company structure;
  • Expertise in HR tools and methodologies, being up to date with HR trends and best practice;
  • Focus on business and people (increasing teams’ effectiveness), understanding financial goals and developing solutions related to human resources;
  • Knowledge of labour law and ability to work within different legal systems;
  • Results oriented and solution-driven approach to HR matters;
  • Objectivity and impartiality, focusing on fact-based analysis;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: active listening, asking the right questions;
  • Trustworthiness: maintaining a deep sense of ethics when it comes to confidential information and monitoring company policy implementation.
