Technical Account Manager

What you will do and how you'll make an impact:

  • conduct the technical operations for our top clients
  • technical support for new and existing clients by phone and email regarding all technical aspects of the campaigns
  • management of all technical issues with regards to campaign launching and running process
  • technical integration between internal campaign emission system (RTB House) and client’s e-commerce platform
  • work closely with our account managers to deliver high standards of customer service
  • monitor and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns
  • propose and implement optimization solutions for online programs
  • cooperate with our technical support team from Head Quarter  

What we are looking for:

  • basic knowledge of HTML and Javascript;
  • experience with debugging tools (e.g. firebug, web browser consoles), Google Tag Manager; 
  • at least 5 years of experience in online technology, e-commerce and/or digital advertising;
  • experience in using Google Analytics will be an advantage;
  • strong analytical skills;
  • good time management skills and attention to detail;
  • ability to solve problems efficiently;
  • high level of motivation and willingness to learn.
  • fluency in Italian and advanced command of English (C1 level);
  • Candidate to be Milan based.
