ABOUT THE ROLE

As we enter a big energy, big revolution phase, we are seeking a Web3 Talent Lead to support our hiring needs, continuous employer branding efforts and onboarding journey. You will work alongside our Head of Talent to continuously improve our talent processes and deliver outstanding candidate & Rootie experience!

At RootstockLabs, our goal in the Talent team is not just to build up our current and future talent pipelines, but to nurture the Rootstock ecosystem and its incredible growing community. This position will be adding value at a crucial moment for the organisation and its budding ecosystem, are you the consultative and strategic recruiter to fill this vital need?

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivering high energy hiring for open positions at RootstockLabs: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, onboarding & beyond!
• Providing an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding
• Being a true partner to your internal stakeholders, providing the best possible experience & outcomes for them
• Working autonomously, taking the lead in hiring processes from start to finish
• Supporting the employer branding collaboration through social media, events, and by serving as an ambassador for the organisation
• Managing & staying aligned with our partners / agencies / suppliers we work with
• Suggesting improvements, new ideas and creative solutions to our processes and policies within the talent spectrum

 

WHAT YOU BRING

• Previous experience working as a TA or recruitment consultant in web3
• Proven track record of hiring rockstars and niche talent, both technical & non-technical, across all seniorities, functions and regions
• Passion for technical recruiting and an understanding of the complexities within the web3 space
• Ability to measure the principles & culture of a potential Rootie along with selecting the right skillet ‘on paper’
• A nurtured talent network you can reach outside of the usual sourcing channels in this unique space
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to advise and coach other Rooties around our talent function
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with an aptitude for evolving our processes for scale and efficiency
• Ability to work autonomously, but also effectively as part of a diverse, global team
• Confident and calm navigating the hiring scene under pressure
• Fluent in English, with Spanish is a plus but not essential
