About the Team

Join an international, highly skilled team developing innovative manufacturing solutions for cutting-edge aerospace applications. In this role, you will contribute directly to the production of high-precision components and support the successful realization of both prototype and production hardware.
You will work in a collaborative environment where technical excellence, continuous improvement, and quality are at the core of everything we do. Your Tasks

  • Create and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and drilling operations on high-precision components
  • Develop CAM programs using Hypermill based on technical drawings, CAD models, and manufacturing requirements
  • Select appropriate tooling, machining strategies, and cutting parameters to ensure quality, efficiency, and machine utilization
  • Support the development of manufacturing processes for new parts, prototypes, and process improvements
  • Plan and prepare manufacturing orders while coordinating with engineering and production teams
  • Validate machining programs, perform process analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support troubleshooting, maintenance activities, and the reliable operation of manufacturing equipment

Your Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Several years of hands-on experience in CNC programming for milling, turning, or multi-axis machining centers
  • Strong experience creating CAM programs using Hypermill
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, CAD data, and manufacturing specifications
  • Experience programming and optimizing complex, tight-tolerance components
  • Solid understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and manufacturing best practices
  • Strong quality mindset and attention to detail
  • Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in the aerospace industry or other high-precision manufacturing environments
  • Experience supporting prototype manufacturing activities
  • Continuous improvement or Lean Manufacturing experience
  • Familiarity with CAD systems and engineering collaboration workflows
  • Experience in production planning or manufacturing preparation
