About the Team

Our international and agile team is looking for support from a motivated individual as a Production Planner (m/f/d) Tool & Equipment Management. Would you like to help shape the future of space exploration in the New Space industry? Then you have come to the right place. In this key role, you will ensure that production always has access to the required tools, equipment, and materials. At the same time, through structured work preparation, you will ensure that manufacturing orders can be executed efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with quality requirements.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the availability of tools, equipment, and consumable materials to ensure smooth production and maintenance operations.
  • Plan and prepare manufacturing orders by creating and maintaining work instructions, production documentation, bills of materials (BOMs), and production schedules.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels, minimum stock quantities, and material flows, while initiating replenishment orders at an early stage to prevent production interruptions.
  • Analyze and improve processes related to production planning, warehouse organization, and equipment management to continuously increase efficiency and transparency.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics teams, while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Your Profile

  • Completed technical vocational training, for example in industrial mechanics, production engineering, manufacturing technology, or a comparable technical field.
  • Ability to coordinate technical processes, materials, tools, and resources in a structured manner while effectively managing priorities.
  • Experience working with technical drawings, manufacturing documentation, bills of materials, or comparable production-related documents.
  • Strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented approach to work, and a high level of quality awareness and accountability.
  • Initial experience in production planning, work preparation, tool administration, or equipment management, as well as knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Fluency in German is required, and English language skills are considered an advantage.
