About the Program
We are inviting exceptional Ph.D. and graduate students from top-tier universities to join our research team. This internship is designed for those eager to bridge the gap between cutting-edge academic research and real-world financial markets. You will leverage your technical skills to solve complex challenges in high-frequency trading.
 
Apply rigorous mathematical and statistical techniques to uncover alpha. The research directions are:
  1. Alpha Generation: Research and develop alpha signals by analyzing market data and alternative data.
  2. Strategy Optimization: backtest and refine existing strategies to improve performance, stability, and execution efficiency.
  3. Simulation & Modeling: Contribute to the development of internal research infrastructure and simulation engines.
Who You Are
  • Ph.D. or Master’s student in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • A strong passion for solving puzzles and digging into data to find the "truth" beneath the surface.
  • Solid grasp of Probability and Statistics.
  • Proficiency in Python (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas) for data analysis.
  • Plus: Experience with C++ or competitive quantitative achievements (e.g., Kaggle, Math Olympiads).
