What You Will Do 
  • Build and enhance the off-venue trading infrastructure and execution platform
  • Optimize the performance of trading algorithms and infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain quantitative models, trading strategies and executions
  • Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers and traders
  • Implement and maintain real-time monitoring and alerting systems
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of new models and system enhancements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in off-venue trading platforms, market microstructure, and relevant technologies
  • Undertake strucuture product projects for other exchange platforms.
 
Who You Are 
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in CS, Math or related majors
  • Experienced in Python or C++
  • Proficient in multithreading, network communication, and low-latency system optimization
  • Hands-on experience in OTC infra and pricing model design
