With our business growing rapidly, we are seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development & Sales Director to drive our next phase of growth. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for a strategic sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced digital asset environment and is passionate about delivering value to clients through tailored investment solutions.

 
What You Will Do
  • Lead client acquisition efforts by identifying, engaging, and onboarding institutional and professional investors for our structured products and fund offerings.
  • Own and expand relationships with key capital introduction platforms, wealth managers, family offices, external distributors, and referral partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and recommending customized digital asset investment solutions.
  • Represent Newbund at industry events, conferences, and digital forums to drive brand recognition and generate leads.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow Newbund’s global footprint and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide client feedback and help shape product development and service enhancements.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create impactful pitch materials, investor decks, and thought leadership content.
  • Monitor market trends, client behaviors, and competitor offerings to proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of evolving digital asset regulations and ecosystem developments.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record of success in institutional or high-net-worth sales within the crypto, digital assets, or broader financial services industry.
  • Deep network of industry contacts, including fund allocators, private banks, family offices, and capital introduction platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital asset structured products, trading strategies, and wealth management solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into client-friendly solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and execute with precision.
  • Passion for the digital asset space and staying ahead of market and regulatory developments.
 
Who You Are
  • 3-5 years of experience in crypto (exchange, broker, or trading firm).
  • Strong knowledge of trading platforms, products, and market trends.
  • Proven experience in brand promotion, public speaking, or representing companies externally.
  • Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree or certifications a plus).
