HR Data Specialist and Office Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented HR Data & Office Management Specialist to join our HR Team in Hyderabad. This is a hands-on mid-level role at the intersection of HR operations, data integrity, and workplace experience, built for someone who takes genuine pride in getting things exactly right.

You'll own the accuracy of our people data across HR, payroll, and benefits systems, lead document generation, and ensure our Hyderabad office runs smoothly day to day. If you're the kind of person who notices an error before anyone else does, thinks about how to automate a repetitive task, and follows up before being asked, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

HR Data & Systems

  • Maintain and update employee data across all HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse, ADP) with a zero-error mindset
  • Audit data regularly to catch discrepancies and proactively correct them before they become problems
  • Support payroll and benefits administration by ensuring all inputs are accurate and submitted on time
  • Coordinate system updates during key HR cycles: onboarding, offboarding, salary changes, promotions
  • Generate employment-related documents accurately and on time
  • Identify manual, repetitive tasks and propose or implement automations to improve team efficiency
  • Support the HR team with ad-hoc reporting, data pulls, and system tasks as needed

Office Management

  • Ensure the Hyderabad office is well-maintained, stocked, and a great place for the team to work
  • Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers, handling contracts, renewals, and day-to-day queries
  • Coordinate office logistics including supplies, facilities requests, and any on-site needs

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

  • Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in an HR operations, data entry, or administrative role
  • Exceptional attention to detail, you check your work twice and still notice what others miss
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and a systematic approach to quality control
  • Proficient with HRIS systems; experience with Workday is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in English and proactive communicator: you flag issues early, escalate confidently, and don't let things slip
  • Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities without losing precision

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with payroll systems (ADP or similar) and benefits administration
  • Exposure to automation tools or workflow improvements
  • Prior office management or facilities coordination experience
  • Familiarity with HR document templates and employment compliance requirements
