ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a certified Senior Power Platform Engineer for our delivery team. As a hands-on builder focused on deep technical delivery, you will design and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. You will collaborate with architects, analysts, and clients to translate complex requirements into reliable, scalable solutions. With AI-driven capabilities on the horizon, early experience with Copilot Studio or AI Builder will put you ahead of the curve.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and deploy production-grade Canvas/Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, and complex Power Automate flows (Cloud & Desktop).
• Architect scalable Dataverse data models and build custom API connectors to enterprise systems (SharePoint, Azure, Dynamics 365).
• Drive Application Lifecycle Management using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, and enforce strict code quality and governance standards.
• Partner directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specs, demonstrate solutions, and iterate on feedback.
• Implement Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Azure OpenAI for clients eager to adopt AI-augmented workflows.

REQUIREMENTS

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer (PL-400) OR Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) with a strong technical track record.
• 3+ years of hands-on Power Platform development, having delivered at least two end-to-end enterprise projects.
• Deep expertise building Canvas/Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse data modelling.
• Strong grasp of Power FX, custom connectors, REST API integrations, and the wider MS365 ecosystem.
• Practical experience with Power Platform ALM, including environment strategy and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Early experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or AI Builder is preferred.
