Junior Global Copywriter

About the role:
You could be part of a team that is successfully implementing the most advanced and intelligent technologies for our customers. We are currently looking for a Global Copywriter (m/w/d) to join us.
Within this role your responsibilities and tasks will include:
- Supporting the business in delivering agreed activities in line with global marketing plan
- Writing on-brand copy for assets such as webpages, blogs, email marketing, social media, sales content, e-books & whitepapers, video scripts etc.
- Tailoring the content and style of individual writing assignments to either persuade or inform
- Researching around topics, bringing in relevant information, statistics and research to add interest and context
- Collaborating with in-house designers and external agencies (where required) on large- and small-scale marketing projects
- Understanding the target audience/s, business context and commercial imperatives and how superior copy contributes to business growth
- Balancing the need for technical detail with business outcomes and creativity
- Using SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach - using keyword volumes and keyword difficulty in relevant countries to optimize SEO
- Brand guardianship - ensuring Roboyo Tone of Voice (TOV) is used creatively and consistently across all marketing assets
- Using copy to communicate Roboyo’s proposition in a memorable and recognizable way
- Attending internal meetings to discuss expectations and desired outcomes of projects
- Presenting copy to content team and taking onboard constructive feedback
- Developing relationships with key internal stakeholders across the business
- Keeping up to date on industry trends and bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Experience and skills you’ll need to do what you love at Roboyo:
- Fluent English – Global language is English, we also have German, French and Spanish websites
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing
- Creativity, ideation, and originality
- Strong attention to detail
- University or equivalent degree (B.A.) in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, or similar field
- Energy, a 'can do' attitude and proactive approach
- Good teamwork, communication, and networking skills
- Adaptability and flexibility as project priorities change
- The organizational ability to manage multiple projects, often to tight deadlines
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office).
Skills that are a big plus for this role:
- Experience working in the B2B Tech Industry (Intelligent Automation would be ideal)
- Additional language skills (Spanish / German / French)
