Role Overview 

The Senior Consultant (L3) is a hands-on delivery and advisory role at the heart of Roboyo's client work. You will own defined workstreams within client engagements, act as the day-to-day point of contact for your scope, and translate complex business challenges into pragmatic automation and AI solutions. 

This is not a conceptual role. You will be expected to be delivery-capable — understood as a trusted consultant by the client, a reliable team member by your engagement manager, and a practical mentor to junior colleagues. 

What You Will Do 

Client & Delivery 

• Lead defined workstreams within larger client projects, owning deliverables end to end. 
• Serve as the day-to-day client contact for your scope — facilitating workshops, managing clarifications, and walking through solution designs. 
• Translate business problems into pragmatic automation and AI solutions that can realistically be delivered. 
• Prepare and facilitate process discovery, solution design, and value realisation workshops. 
• Contribute actively to project planning, risk identification, and delivery quality assurance. 
• Present recommendations and results clearly to client stakeholders at all levels. 

Seniority & Team Contribution 

• Mentor Associate Consultants and Consultants on delivery best practices and professional conduct. 
• Review team deliverables and provide structured, actionable feedback. 
• Contribute to the development of Roboyo methodologies, templates, and internal best practices. 
• Act as a role model for client-facing professionalism and delivery discipline. 

Technology & Solution Focus 

Senior Consultants at L3 are expected to be delivery-capable across Roboyo's core stack — not necessarily the deepest technical expert in the room, but able to understand solution trade-offs and design choices well enough to guide delivery and advise clients. 

RPA	UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, attended & unattended automation
Process Excellence	Celonis, process mapping, Lean / Six Sigma principles
AI & Intelligent Automation	Document Understanding, IDP, AI Center, GenAI-enabled use cases
Low-code / Platforms	Appian, workflow and integration platforms (project-dependent)
Value Realisation	Automation roadmaps, business cases, benefits tracking

What We Are Looking For 

Experience 

• 3–6 years of experience in intelligent automation, process consulting, or a related field. 
• Demonstrable delivery experience on client-facing projects — owning workstreams, not just supporting them. 
• Hands-on experience with at least one core platform in Roboyo's stack (UiPath strongly preferred; Celonis, Appian, or AI/IDP tools a strong advantage). 
• Experience working in consulting, systems integration, or a client-delivery environment. 

Skills & Capabilities 

• Strong ability to structure and communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders. 
• Confident facilitator — comfortable leading workshops, requirements sessions, and solution walkthroughs. 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify automation and AI opportunities from business process analysis. 
• Organised and delivery-disciplined — able to manage your own scope and flag risks early. 
• Natural collaborator who enjoys contributing to team knowledge and supporting junior colleagues. 

Nice to Have 

• UiPath certifications (Associate, Developer, or Advanced Developer). 
• Celonis certification or Appian delivery experience. 
• Exposure to GenAI-enabled use cases or AI-augmented process automation. 
• Experience in a specific industry vertical (Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, etc.).
