About the Role: 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales, solutioning, and delivery teams to drive business growth through exceptional pre-sales support. You will lead and contribute to bid management, develop impactful content and demos, and help institutionalize a scalable knowledge repository. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Bid Management: 

  • Drive and manage end-to-end response process for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, finalize responses, and meet submission timelines. 

Content & Collateral Development: 

  • Create and maintain compelling case studies, capability presentations, solution overviews, and industry-specific content. 
  • Build and refine reusable artifacts including proposal templates, pitch decks, and standard response libraries. 

Knowledge Repository Management: 

  • Set up and maintain a centralized, well-structured pre-sales knowledge base. 
  • Ensure regular updates, version control, and accessibility for global teams. 

Solution Support & Demonstrations: 

  • Collaborate with solution architects and SMEs to develop high-impact solution demos and PoCs tailored to client needs. 
  • Create demo scripts, prepare walkthroughs, and support live demonstrations for prospects and clients. 

Internal Enablement & Collaboration: 

  • Enable sales and BD teams with updated go-to-market material and pitch decks. 
  • Work closely with product and delivery teams to align messaging and value proposition. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 5–8 years of experience in pre-sales, bid management or solution consulting roles, preferably in IT services, digital transformation (Hyper Automation, AI, Low-code), or technology domains. 
  • Strong content creation skills – capability decks, case studies, proposals, and marketing collateral. 
  • Experience managing large, complex RFPs/RFIs and coordinating cross-functional teams. 
  • Hands-on experience working with tools like PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Excel and Salesforce. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with attention to detail and quality. 

Nice to have: 

  • BA / Consulting experience will be an added advantage.
