We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation & AI Lead Developer to serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on technical leader for our enterprise clients. This role is centered on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — specifically Vertex AI, Google Agentspace, and Gemini-powered agentic automation — while also bridging into the Microsoft automation ecosystem (Copilot Studio, Power Automate) and traditional RPA platforms such as UiPath.

You will guide customers through the full lifecycle of automation transformation: from strategic roadmap definition and solution architecture to hands-on development and delivery. You will bring opinionated, experience-backed perspectives on when to use GCP-native agents versus Microsoft Copilot versus UiPath, how to orchestrate multi-agent workflows across cloud ecosystems, and how to harness the latest Gemini models within enterprise automation pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Solution Architecture

• Act as a strategic automation advisor to enterprise clients, translating business challenges into GCP-native and AI-augmented automation solutions.
• Conduct automation discovery workshops, capability assessments, and opportunity identification exercises with a GCP-first lens.
• Design end-to-end automation architectures spanning GCP agentic AI, RPA, low-code, and Microsoft Copilot agents where appropriate.
• Recommend the right tool for the right job — GCP Vertex AI agents, Google Agentspace, Copilot Studio, Lang eco system, Power Automate, UiPath — with clear, defensible rationale.

Hands-On Development & Technical Leadership

• Lead and actively contribute to the development of agentic automation solutions using GCP Vertex AI, Google Agentspace, and Gemini as primary platforms.
• Build, configure, and deploy AI-powered agents and multi-agent orchestration workflows using Vertex AI Agent Builder, Agent Development Kit (ADK), and Agentspace.
• Develop and integrate Gemini-powered generative AI capabilities into automation pipelines, including grounding, tool use, and RAG patterns.
• Architect and implement Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate solutions where the customer's Microsoft footprint demands it.
• Maintain solid working knowledge of UiPath automation patterns for hybrid automation scenarios that blend RPA with GCP-native agents.
• Leverage LangChain and open source pro-code eco system for agent building and orchestration.
• Conduct peer code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor junior developers on the engagement team.

Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement

• Communicate complex automation and AI concepts clearly to both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Facilitate executive briefings, architecture review boards, and business case presentations.
• Manage technical delivery risk, escalate blockers early, and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and data engineers to deliver integrated solutions on time and within scope.

Microsoft Automation & Copilot Ecosystem (Secondary — Solid Proficiency Required)

• Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Building and deploying AI agents, multi-topic bots, and generative actions
• Plugin development, custom connectors, and integration with Microsoft 365 / Dataverse
• Azure AI Services — Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Document Intelligence for Microsoft-stack integrations

LangChain Ecosystem (Hands-On Proficiency Required)

• LangChain Core
• Building LLM-powered chains, prompt templates, and output parsers for enterprise automation workflows
• Integrating with GCP: Vertex AI and Gemini as LLM backends, Vertex AI Search as retriever
• LangGraph
• Designing stateful, cyclical multi-agent workflows using LangGraph graph-based orchestration
• Supervisor, hierarchical, and parallel agent patterns for complex task decomposition
• Deploying LangGraph agents on GCP: Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Vertex AI for scalable execution
• LangSmith
• Tracing, evaluating, and debugging and LangGraph applications in development and production
• Creating evaluation datasets & running automated evals to benchmark agent quality
• Monitoring agent runs, latency, token usage, and error rates in production
• LangServe deployment patterns to expose agents as REST APIs on GCP Cloud Run or API Gateway
• Familiarity with complementary frameworks: LlamaIndex for advanced RAG, CrewAI or AutoGen for multi-agent orchestration

RPA & Traditional Automation Platforms

• UiPath — Familiarity and/or hands-on experience with Studio, Orchestrator, attended/unattended bots, and AI Center or Document Understanding
• Ability to architect hybrid solutions combining GCP agentic AI with UiPath RPA for legacy system integration

Agentic AI & Broader AI Ecosystem

• Deep understanding of agentic AI concepts: agent loops, tool use, memory, planning, reflection ..etc
• Practical experience with agent frameworks: Lang eco system, Google ADK, or CrewAI
• Strong grasp of LLM provider trade-offs (Gemini, GPT-4o, Claude) and when to use each
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data residency, and enterprise governance in GCP and multi-cloud AI deployments

Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in automation, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead technical role
• Demonstrated delivery of enterprise-scale automation or AI agent projects on GCP (required)
• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI agents using Vertex AI, Google Agentspace, or Gemini APIs (required)
• Client-facing consulting or pre-sales experience strongly preferred
