We are looking for an Intelligent Automation Engineer to support the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automation solutions for our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with consulting teams, developers, and client stakeholders to build, enhance, and support intelligent automation solutions. You will participate in the full lifecycle of automation initiatives — from implementation and optimization to monitoring and support — ensuring solutions operate reliably and continue to deliver business value.

This position is ideal for someone with hands-on automation experience who enjoys both developing solutions and supporting them in production environments.

 General: Responsibilities and tasks for this role

• Develop, enhance, and maintain automation solutions using RPA and intelligent automation technologies
• Monitor and support automation processes in production, investigating and resolving incidents or performance issues
• Collaborate with consulting and development teams to deliver automation projects for clients
• Analyze client processes and identify opportunities for automation improvements
• Perform routine maintenance and optimization of existing automation solutions
• Ensure proper documentation, ticket follow-up, and knowledge base updates
• Support onboarding and transition of new automation solutions into managed services
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams regarding solution status, issues, and improvements

Must-have qualifications & competencies

• 2+ years of experience in UiPath
• Programming experience with Python, C#, .NET, PowerShell, or similar languages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience troubleshooting automation processes in production environments
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills in English

Nice to have qualifications & competencies

• UiPath Developer Certification
• Experience with OCR / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
• Knowledge of process mining or workflow optimization tools
• Familiarity with AI-driven automation or LLM-based solutions
• Experience with SQL, APIs, or data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Experience with Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate
