Growth Manager (French-speaking/ Barcelona-based)

This role is for a Growth Manager seat, not just a BDR/SDR: you will shape our market narrative, create pipeline from targeted accounts, and become the connective tissue between the client pain, our partner motions (UiPath, Microsoft, etc.), and our forward-deployed AI squads that help customers attack their use case backlog and ship real outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

1) Build pipeline like a founder 

  • Own outbound and Inbound prospecting for French speaking accounts (France + broader market as needed) - be creative.
  • Turn target account lists into real conversations: calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, referrals, partner co-sell.
  • Create interest by translating “Agentic AI” into business outcomes (cycle-time reduction, throughput, better decisions, improved customer experience, risk control). 

2) Run sharp discovery + qualification 

  • Qualify opportunities with structure (pain, urgency, stakeholders, buying process, budget, success criteria).
  • Identify the real use-case backlog: where AI agents and automation can move the needle fastest.
  • Book high-quality discovery meetings for senior sellers - and progressively step into co-leading discovery as you grow. 

3) Activating GTM plays with partners 

  • Coordinate partner-led pipeline motions (especially UiPath and Microsoft ecosystems): account mapping, co-marketing, warm intros, joint events.
  • Build credibility in partner conversations by articulating how Roboyo delivers value beyond licenses - through delivery pods, transformation squads, and outcomes.
  • Establish credibility around ensuring longevity of partner ARR revenues through demonstrating embedding of partner technologies into long-term, highly critical value-add processes,
  • Becoming familiar with demo assets belonging to Roboyo, pertinent to client verticals, horizontals, and business needs 

4) Be the voice of the market 

  • Capture patterns: what prospects are asking for, what’s blocking deals, what messaging lands. This messaging should land from the perspective of a client and a potential partner.
  • Feed insights back into our GTM: talk tracks, vertical use cases, objections, competitive intel.
  • Keep CRM hygiene tight (pipeline stages, next steps, close dates, all the stuff you are familiar with) - you run your patch like a proper no-BS business. 

5) Grow into an Account Manager / AE 

This is a ‘BDR/SDR++’ role by design. As you prove impact, you will take on: 

  • Expansion plays in early accounts
  • Deal support and commercial coordination
  • Ownership of a defined segment / portfolio 

THE FUN PART 

This is where the magic happens, and this is what you will be selling. You’ll be opening doors for services that are edgy, real, highly scalable and enterprise-grade, such as: 

  • Agentic Automation COEs and continuous deployment pods 
  • Intelligent Automation and AI programs that move from pilot to scaled transformation
  • Forward-Deployed AI Engineers (FDE) squads embedded with the client
  • RAG-enabled knowledge workflows and enterprise copilots that actually solve business problems and deliver ROI and scale. 

CAN YOU STAND OUT AND MAKE THE CUT 

Must-haves 

  • Fluent/native French
  • Professional English.
  • Fluent Spanish is a plus
  • 3-5 years in BDR/SDR, inside sales, consulting sales, or client development (tech or tech services preferred)
  • You’re comfortable and confident on the phone and you can write messages that get responses
  • Taking knock-backs drives you to be even more hungry and pushes you to overperform.
  • You can learn complex topics quickly and explain them simply to senior stakeholders (CIO, COO, CDO, Heads of Transformation, Heads of AI, Heads of automation, senior business process owners) 

Big plus 

  • Experience in automation, SaaS, IT services, consulting, or digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with ecosystems like UiPath / Microsoft / Celonis / Mendix /Open AI./Anthropic / Mendix / GCP.
  • You’ve worked with structured qualification (MEDDPICC/BANT - You know how to pick your tools and bring discipline to your everyday routine)
