This role is a hybrid between consulting and technology — perfect for someone who not only enjoys working directly with clients, but also has a genuine passion for technology. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, eager to dive into technical concepts, and excited to explore how AI can solve real business challenges. You should feel comfortable working with modern AI platforms and tools, and be motivated to continuously deepen your technical understanding while translating it into meaningful client impact.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and develop AI, Intelligent Automation and Application strategies for enterprise clients across industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, FSI, Public Sector, Logistics, Automotive, and Pharma.  
• Lead and execute consulting projects focused on AI, intelligent automation, and digital transformation.  
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle, supporting sales teams with client workshops, solution design, and value articulation.  
• Translate business requirements into technical concepts and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure feasibility and impact.  
• Manage project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful outcomes.  
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to shape compelling proposals and solution narratives.  
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.  
• Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and automation.  
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project status, pipeline, and client feedback.

Requirements

Must have 

• ~3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally in tech consulting, ideally in AI, intelligent automation or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical skills reflected in the nature of previous projects where data, advisory and outcome mapping were essential in their success.
• Relevant PM certifications: Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Scrum, SAFe, COBIT, etc
• Proven experience in designing and delivering strategic AI initiatives.  
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology, translating client needs into actionable solutions.  
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills at C-level.  
• Strong project management capabilities and a structured, outcome-oriented mindset.  
• High proficiency in English language communication is required. Proficiency in other European languages is welcome. 

Nice-to-Have 

• Industry domain fluency (any sector) to ground use cases and value. 
• Previous experience educating and training clients and stakeholders within a tech consultancy environment is an added value to this role
• Python or another high‑level language for concepts and rapid prototypes.  
• Presales experience: scoping, sizing, proposals, demos, and ROI/TCO narratives.  
• Azure‑first AI stack (Azure OpenAI, AI Studio, AI Search, DevOps).  
• Strong technical understanding of Providers such as Microsoft, UiPath, Google, AWS  
• Responsible AI & governance: safety guardrails, bias/PII controls, auditability, human‑in‑the‑loop.
