Sr Talent Acquisition Partner EMEA  

About the Team 

You'll be joining a collaborative, fast-paced global Talent Acquisition team that sits within the wider People function. We’re a small but mighty group focused on building scalable, data-driven hiring strategies that align closely with business goals. This role will play a key part in shaping our global hiring efforts, with the opportunity to drive high-impact initiatives and mentor junior team members along the way. 

Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment Execution   

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for senior and critical roles across multiple regions.  
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals, to identify top talent.   
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).   
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, aligning hiring strategies with business objectives.  
  • Utilize data and industry insights to drive talent acquisition decisions.  
  • Assist in competitor analysis and talent mapping to identify top industry professionals.  

Advisory & Stakeholder Management  

  • Provide expert guidance on innovative talent acquisition trends, best practices, and emerging markets.  
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure alignment between hiring strategies and organizational goals.  
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions and workforce planning.  
  • Provide training and mentorship to internal hiring teams on best practices in recruitment and candidate assessment.   
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous development.  

Employer Branding, Talent Attraction & University Relations  

  • Support employer branding initiatives, including recruitment events and social media engagement.   
  • Assist with DEI initiatives within talent acquisition practices to attract diverse talent.   
  • Leverage social media, career fairs, and industry events to position the company as an employer of choice.  
  • Oversee campus recruitment programs, internship initiatives, and alumni engagement strategies to build a sustainable talent pipeline.  

Systems, Reporting & Process Excellence  

  • Analyze hiring data and key performance metrics to optimize recruitment performance and hiring efficiency.  
  • Continuously improve and standardize recruitment processes for scalability and consistency.  
  • Leverage ATS reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights to enhance hiring strategies and stakeholder reporting.  
  • Maintain and practice data hygiene to ensure metrics and data are up to date within your tools and systems.  
  • Research innovative TA technologies and tools to streamline recruitment operations and improve candidate experience.  

Pre-boarding & Onboarding:   

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding cycle.   
  • Manage background checks, coordinate work permits, and  visa applications, including supporting documents and compliance checks.   
  • Execute the pre-boarding process 

Talent Acquisition Projects  

  • Enhance and implement global TA policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across different regions.  
  • Drive continuous improvement in TA processes, ensuring best practices and innovation are embedded in hiring strategies.  
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to integrate TA policies into broader HR initiatives.  

Requirements:  

  • At least 3 years of experience in an internal talent acquisition role, with a focus on senior and technical hiring within a global environment.  
  • Strong ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.  
  • Expertise in policy creation, process optimization, and change management within talent acquisition.  
  • Experience managing large-scale talent acquisition projects, including employer branding and diversity hiring programs.  
  • Advanced proficiency in ATS systems, recruitment metrics, and data-driven decision-making. Greenhouse and Workday experience is a plus.   
  • Experience in recruitment within a professional service or Tech environment is desirable but not mandatory 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.  
  • Fluency in English, other European languages are a plus
