You'll be trained by our top consultants and engineers, join real projects from day one, and gain the experience you need to launch your career. 

 

What you’ll do 

You’ll join our Barcelona team and: 

• Join tailored training sessions, shadow project work, and quickly start contributing 
• Support ongoing client projects and internal initiatives 
• Learn the fundamentals of Business Analysis, Project Management, and/or RPA development 
• Collaborate with experienced professionals who will guide you hands-on 
• Bring fresh perspective, curiosity, and energy into the team and our amazing office 

 

What we’re looking for 

We don’t expect you to know it all — we’ll teach you. But you should bring: 

• Fluent English, plus Spanish, Italian or French 
• A genuine interest in tech, automation, and solving business problems 
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn by doing 
• Availability to work part-time during your studies 
• Residence in or relocation to Barcelona — we want you onsite where the learning happens
