Intelligent Automation Senior Developer – IDP & GenAI

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for key international clients, ensuring high-quality execution across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Lead solution design for major IDP projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, future-proof automation solutions.
• Contribute to proposal development by creating effort estimations and solution designs for new opportunities opportunities in close collaboration with Account Managers
• Support the global practice by acting as regional IDP cluster counterpart and sharing best practices across teams.
• Stay current with advancements in IDP, LLMs, and automation technologies, and disseminate updates across teams.

Must-Have Qualifications & Competencies

• Proven experience delivering IDP projects within hyperautomation environments, including solution design, implementation, and client engagement.
• Advanced expertise in UiPath Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), including end-to-end deployment
• UiPath RPA Developer Certification is required; additional UiPath certifications (e.g., Document Understanding, AI Center) are a strong plus
• Experience working with ABBYY FlexiCapture or other advanced OCR/IDP tools.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and extracting data from unstructured documents.
• Solid understanding of automation architectures, integration approaches, and project delivery best practices.
• Confident communicator in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Independent, proactive, and self-driven — you take ownership, seek out opportunities to grow, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
• Must be located in Barcelona, Spain (or willing to re-locate)
