As a Senior Business Consultant in our Hyperautomation track, you will play a critical role in delivering advisory services to clients and contributing to the development of business opportunities.
In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and executing the delivery of various workstreams relating to our client's target operating model, covering topics such as strategy, governance, change management, and communications. You will prepare and facilitate workshops and interviews, contribute to the development of benchmark reports, roadmaps, and business cases, and leverage relevant examples and experiences to support your recommendations.
From a service offering perspective, you will support the development of content and enablement materials for the Hyperautomation portfolio and act as a key point of contact for both the sales and delivery organizations around this offering. You will also contribute to identifying and growing opportunities for Hyperautomation at existing clients and supporting proposals/RFPs for new leads.
You are experienced in managing multiple project workstreams and contribute to effective stakeholder engagement by identifying risks and issues, proposing solutions, and escalating appropriately. You are familiar with technologies that comprise the automation ecosystem and can support teams in delivering sustainable outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

- Contribute to client engagements by supporting the management of project scope, budget, and timeline
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Help develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Support the development and implementation of strategies for growth and profitability
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve offerings
Specific Delivery: Responsibilities & Tasks
- Support day-to-day delivery operations to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes for greater efficiency and client satisfaction
- Understand client needs and help align delivery efforts to meet expectations throughout the engagement
Must-Have Qualifications & Competencies
- Demonstrated experience supporting client engagements and fostering client relationships
- Expertise in at least one consulting area: strategy, operations, technology, or finance
- Strong organizational skills and ability to support and collaborate within project teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- LEAN/Six Sigma certification is a plus
