As Country Lead - Spain, you will lead local sales performance and market expansion, working closely with commercial and operations teams to ensure excellent client service, smooth execution, and consistent revenue growth. This role reports into our Chief Business Officer for Central Europe and would be working very closely with multiple regional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the country leader for Spain, managing daily sales and overall market growth strategy realization
- Managing and forecasting the P&L for Spain and implementing strategies to achieve desired EBITDA outcomes
- Own local revenue targets, sales pipelines, utilization, and team performance metrics
- Drive new client acquisition – this is the top priority. Actively identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities by participating in consulting conversations, creating tailored value-driven offers, organizing client meetings and events, and showcasing the tangible value of our services
- Strengthen and manage relationships with existing technology partners (e.g., UiPath, Mendix), aligning local initiatives with regional and global partnership strategies
- Proactively track market trends and innovations in the automation and digital consulting space, and provide strategic guidance to help shape and align regional priorities
- Ensure strong, long-term client relationships across industries by engaging with C-level stakeholders, understanding their strategic priorities, and positioning the company as a trusted advisor
- Manage local administrative operations
- Mentor and guide local team members, supporting their development and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Represent Spain in regional leadership meetings, contributing to operational and strategic discussions
Requirements
- Proven experience working in Consulting is a must, ideally within Professional Services related to Technology, Automation, or Digital Transformation
- Strong existing network on Spanish market..?
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, automation, digital transformation, preferably keeping up with the news on RPA; process mining, low code, AI .
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue, managing key accounts, and supporting sales growth
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of the Spanish market
- Excellent relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly demonstrate results and articulate value to clients, including executive audiences
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience in forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking
- Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills
- Location: Barcelona, Spain (with flexibility for hybrid working and some travel required)
