As a Senior Mendix Developer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality applications that drive digital transformation.

What You'll Do:

•    Lead and own project workstreams, managing scope, budget, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
•    Develop and implement Mendix-based applications, leveraging best practices in low-code development.
•    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business users, project managers, and technical specialists, to align solutions with client needs.
•    Provide oversight, support and mentoring for junior and offshore resources.
•    Advise and innovate, staying ahead of industry trends to provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients.
•    Build and nurture relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

•    3+ years of experience in automation, low-code development, or related fields.
•    Mendix expert with deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience in building scalable, enterprise-grade applications (Advanced or Expert Developer Certification is highly valuable).
•    Project management skills, with a track record of delivering end-to-end solutions.
•    Consulting mindset, with knowledge in areas such as strategy, transformation, digitization, or technology.
•    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and drive collaboration.
•    Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
•    Experience in traditional software development languages such as Java, JavaScript, CSS, and Sass (Desirable)
