Regional Managed Services Lead - Intelligent Automation

About the Role 

As a Regional Lead, you will drive the success of the Managed Services team in your region by ensuring exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical applications and technology. This includes leading the team, optimizing service delivery, and maintaining high client satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a key role in collaborating with the sales team on proposals, GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies, and promoting our Managed Services offerings to potential clients. 

This hands-on management position requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong commercial mindset to both support existing clients and drive new business opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Service Delivery & Operations 

  • Manage service delivery engagements, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Ensure all SLAs and internal processes are met and continuously optimized. 
  • Plan workload for Service Management and Projects to align with business goals. 
  • Oversee demand management, ticket prioritization, and escalation handling. 
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues within Managed Services operations. 
  • Manage functional and technical resources, ensuring continuous training, certifications, and professional development. 
  • Participate in governance meetings, preparing materials and reviewing service reports with customers. 
  • Provide expertise, guidance, and support during client onboarding and service transition. 

Business Growth & Sales Collaboration 

  • Work closely with the sales team on proposals, GTM strategies, and expanding Managed Services offerings. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand how our services drive value. 
  • Actively promote and sell the Managed Services team and solutions to new and existing clients. 
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth within the region. 
  • Support contract renewals, upselling, and expanding services within client accounts. 

Leadership & Team Development 

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing Managed Services team. 
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence. 
  • Develop a resource strategy, ensuring optimal capacity and utilization. 
  • Establish best practices for team building, knowledge sharing, and career growth. 

Experience & Skills You’ll Need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 10+ years of relevant IT experience, including support, implementations, and continuous improvement. 
  • 7+ years in Service Delivery Management, supporting application end-users in a corporate environment. 
  • 7+ years of Project Management or similar experience leading teams of software engineers, developers, and consultants. 
  • Proven experience in business development, sales collaboration, and GTM execution. 
  • Functional and technical expertise in multiple Intelligent Automation modules. 
  • Expertise in ITSM, including implementation, configuration, development, and administration. 
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills. 
  • Experience leading remote and offshore teams. 
  • Previous experience with Intelligent Automation, SaaS, or related vendor products is a strong plus. 
  • Prior experience in technical support or technical consulting. 
  • The ideal candidate must be based in the US and authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
