Responsibilities

Employee Services & Compliance: 

  • Assist in the execution of day-to-day HR operations along the entire employee lifecycle, including but not limited to, employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration. 
  • Answer and consult on employee requests through the ticketing system. 
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations & fiscal matters including updating HR policies, procedures, and practices to align with statutory requirements. 
  • Assist in knowledge sharing and communications, by updating Regional Worklife pages, and sharing relevant information on different communication channels. 

Payroll & Benefits Management: 

  • Manage und update data for payroll & benefits providers (e.g. for Gemany: bAV, JobRad) 
  • Holiday & sick leave management 

Stakeholder Management: 

  • Build strong relationships with CBO, Directors, Managers to support people management decisions and address business needs proactively. 
  • Assist in implementing organizational changes and ensuring smooth business process continuity. 
  • Coordination and collaboration with other departments and external partners to ensure seamless communication and teamwork within their area of responsibility (e.g. Payroll, Finance, Regional office management) 
  • Collaboration with CoE for building global standards, processes, initiatives, and programs. 

Retention Strategy & Shape organizational culture: 

  • Create a positive and meaningful employee experience, leading to improved productivity, and an overall positive organizational culture. 
  • Influence and shape shared values, beliefs, behaviours
  • and norms within the organization. 
  • Support people’s initiatives (e.g. Open Doors). 

Data Analysis & Reporting  

  • Contribute to data integrity and accuracy. 
  • Assist in collecting, organizing and analyzing HR data and metrics to support HR reporting requirements and documentation. 

HR Projects, Policies and implementation: 

  • Contribute and participate in HR projects, such as policy development, employee engagement initiatives, or process improvements. 
  • Collaborate with the CoE to align on policies and projects across the organization, providing value-added services to the business units while meeting company objectives 
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, stay updated on HR changes and guide managers and employees (e.g. create and adjust contracts and amendments letters according to the legal restrictions) 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with specialization in Law, Psychology, Human Resources, BA or similar 
  • Knowledge in talent management and labour law 
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position 
  • Fluent in English is mandatory. 
  • Skills: teamwork, strategic vision, flexibility, problem solving, result orientation, organization & planning, decision making, communication
