Process Mining Manager (Celonis - Intelligent Automation)

We are seeking a Manager for Process Mining to join our team and help drive our Process Mining division. As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading client engagements and managing a team of consultants to deliver high-quality services. You will work closely with senior leaders in the intelligent automation and lean division to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in intelligent automation process mining, with the technologies that comprise the automation and process mining ecosystem. You should be knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance.
Role Specific
- As a Manager for Process Mining, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services to our clients and driving the growth of our Process Excellence & Mining professional service company.
- In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and executing the delivery of various workstreams relating to our client's process excellence transformation, covering topics such as Lean Six Sigma, Lean Diagnostics, Operational Excellence, Task Mining & Process Mining. You will lead the delivery for clients and likely manage consultants and technicians.
- From a service offering perspective, you will support the development of content and enablement materials for the PEM portfolio and act as a key point of contact for both the sales and delivery organizations around said offering. You are responsible for identifying and growing opportunities for our PEM offering at existing clients and leading proposals/RFPs for new leads.
- You are well versed in managing multiple project workstreams in parallel and will be responsible for driving meticulous stakeholder management by anticipating risks and issues, providing solutions and escalating issues in a timely fashion when necessary. You are familiar with the technologies that comprise the automation ecosystem and develop strong client relationships that will uncover opportunities and ensure long term client relationships
From a Process Mining perspective, you understand the enterprise general IT architecture to guide the team on how the data should be connected to create a sustainable data environment. You have experience with end-to-end implementations to lead Roboyo and clients' stakeholders on best practices, training, change management, and CoE development. You understand several business processes in order to conduct and steer Value Discovery workshops.
Responsibilities & tasks for this role
- Lead client engagements, managing the project scope, budget, and timeline
- Manage a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality service delivery
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to clients
- Collaborate to develop and implement strategies for growth and profitability
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and ensure that the process excellence and mining team is continuously improving its offerings.
- Will oversee the day-to-day delivery operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients
- Focus on continuously improving delivery processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction
- Understanding client needs and aligning delivery efforts and ensuring client expectations throughout the delivery process.
Must-have qualifications & competencies
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in intelligent automation process mining
- Proven track record of managing client engagements and developing strong client relationships
- Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency with SQL and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Analytics, and Process Mining
- Experience with S/4HANA migration.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- You have in-depth experience in at least one of the following business processes: Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables or Purchase-to-Pay
- You have hands-on experience with Celonis and/or UiPath Process Mining
Nice-to-have qualifications & competencies
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience in Automation
- Lean Six Sigma certified
