If you are excited about this role, or about our company in general, we would love to hear from you!

Build an AI-First Commercial Organisation

We are embedding AI into the core of how we sell, grow, and retain customers.

The Commercial AI Lead will define, build, and scale our AI-enabled commercial operating model. This is a foundational role with no inherited roadmap. You will determine where AI creates leverage, deploy solutions hands-on at speed, and deliver measurable commercial impact.

This is not a strategy-only position. You will architect the model and ship the systems.

Your Mission

Transform how our commercial organisation operates by embedding intelligence directly into the revenue engine, increasing velocity, sharpening signal, and compounding performance over time.

What You Will Own:

Define the Direction

  • Diagnose workflows across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success
  • Identify high-leverage AI interventions across the funnel
  • Prioritise initiatives based on commercial impact and feasibility
  • Establish clear ROI and measurement frameworks

Design the Operating Model

  • Architect AI-augmented workflows across acquisition, pipeline management, renewal, and expansion
  • Embed intelligence into daily commercial rhythms
  • Establish scalable governance for responsible AI use

Build and Deploy at Speed

  • Prototype and deploy AI copilots and workflows
  • Implement agentic AI where it creates measurable advantage
  • Integrate solutions into CRM and commercial systems
  • Operate in rapid build, measure, iterate cycles
  • You will configure, test, and ship systems.

Deliver Commercial Impact

Your work will directly improve:

  • Sales productivity and conversion efficiency
  • Pipeline quality and forecast reliability
  • Renewal intelligence and expansion targeting
  • Reduction of low-value manual work

Every initiative must demonstrate commercial ROI.

The Future You Will Build

You will help shape a commercial organisation that operates differently and increasingly intelligently over time.

AI will be embedded across the revenue engine, augmenting judgement, accelerating action, and improving outcomes at scale.

Manual friction will continue to decline. Signal quality will strengthen. Forecasts will become more reliable. Revenue velocity will increase.

Commercial AI will become a foundational growth capability that continues to evolve as the organisation scales.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Growth, Product, or similar high-impact roles
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience deploying AI or automation into business workflows
  • Experience integrating solutions into CRM environments such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong fluency in revenue metrics including pipeline, conversion, ACV, churn, and forecast accuracy
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously and deliver outcomes in ambiguous environments

Highly valued:

  • Experience with agentic AI or workflow orchestration
  • Evidence of building new capabilities from zero
  • Track record of shipping measurable impact rapidly

Who You Are

  • Founder-level ownership mentality
  • High-agency self-starter
  • Systems thinker
  • Builder who ships at pace
  • Commercially pragmatic
  • Comfortable operating without a predefined roadmap

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
