The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in executing strategic transformation initiatives, driving delivery from planning through implementation while managing risks and ensuring high-quality outcomes. This role will lead change management efforts, fostering adoption across regions, aligning stakeholders, and embedding continuous improvement to advance organisational goals.
You’ll bring exceptional stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex ideas clearly. The role reports to the Chief Transformation Officer, who oversees RightShip’s transformation, strategy, and investment agenda.
Major Responsibilities
PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND DELIVERY
- Lead and deliver end-to-end transformation projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Apply structured project management methodologies to drive execution and realise strategic objectives.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless project delivery and sustained impact.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Champion change initiatives to embed transformation across the organisation and realise measurable benefits.
- Define and monitor KPIs to assess change impact, providing insights and progress updates to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability, driving outcomes through influence and collaboration.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Facilitate executive discussions and decision-making, ensuring engagement throughout the transformation journey.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding alignment and commitment to shared goals.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

Experience |
~5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) at a team leader level, combined with in-house strategy and execution experience. (total 8~10 years). Demonstrated track record of driving strategic initiatives from conception through implementation. |
|
Strategic Skill Set |
Proven expertise in corporate strategy, operating model transformation, and growth strategy, particularly within commercial functions. Experience in the SaaS industry is highly advantageous. |

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills |
Equipped with a strong analytical toolkit encompassing structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven thinking, and comfort with financial modeling and data-driven analysis to support strategic decision-making. |

Executive Communication |
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience crafting C-suite–level materials and delivering insights that influence senior executive decisions. |
|
Project Leadership |
Proven ability to lead small teams, manage complex cross-functional workstreams, and drive outcomes in ambiguous or fast-changing environments. |
|
Stakeholder Management |
Adept at influencing and aligning diverse internal stakeholders across Finance, Product, Operations, and Commercial functions. Skilled in navigating matrixed organizations to drive consensus and results without direct authority. |

Hands-On Execution |
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action, collaborating directly with business units to implement and deliver measurable outcomes. Brings a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mindset that balances strategic vision with pragmatic execution |
|
Commercial & SaaS Acumen |
Deep understanding of SaaS products, recurring revenue business models, and market dynamics, with the ability to connect strategic direction to commercial growth levers. |
