We’re seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This role is ideal for a highly creative, detail-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a deep understanding of branding, digital media, UX/UI and motion media.
As the visual storyteller, you'll be responsible for supporting the shaping of the visual identity of our brand across multiple platforms—from website, digital ads, product campaigns, to large-scale events. Your work will help translate complex concepts into compelling, accessible, and visually engaging materials that support our business goals, brand values, and audience needs.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including product design and marketing —ensuring that every touchpoint reflects both design excellence and strategic intent. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications with a dotted line to the Creative Specialist, the Graphic Designer will work collaboratively with the broader business to deliver best in class creative solutions helping to grow our business.
Major Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Responsible for the RightShip brand across all mediums, internally and externally, ensuring the branding is consistent across all assets
- Create visual content centred around the marketing content strategy and campaigns to engage internal and external audiences
- Be aware of creative and multimedia trends and apply these across campaigns
Creative Design & Execution
- Interpret briefs and transform concepts into high-quality visual executions.
- Design and produce product explainers, corporate videos, and multimedia content.
- Create and manage website landing pages in collaboration with the digital team.
- Develop static and animated assets for digital campaigns, social media, and presentations.
- Prepare print-ready materials (e.g., brochures, banners, event stands) and liaise with suppliers when needed.
- Design and deliver reports, white papers, PowerPoint decks, and sales/training collateral that reflect brand consistency.
- Manage event branding, including booth and pop-up banner designs.
Brand & Campaign Development
- Maintain and evolve RightShip’s visual identity and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Support A/B testing by producing creative design variants.
- Contribute to campaign ideation and creative brainstorming, ensuring design aligns with marketing objectives.
- Stay current with design tools, technologies, and visual communication trends to continuously improve outputs.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Manage the creative process from concept to delivery across multiple platforms and tight timelines.
- Coordinate and prioritise design requests from internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, HR, and Development).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including printers and production vendors.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the marketing and communications team.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in graphic design, multimedia, or digital design roles (agency or in-house).
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Experience with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Guidde) is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and storytelling.
- Motion design or animation experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
