We're looking for an experienced Telephone Account Manager (TAM) who will manage a designated account base to achieve activity, growth and customer satisfaction targets. This role is all about building strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding complex business needs, and delivering tailored solutions that make a real impact. You’ll navigate longer sales cycles, multi-stakeholder accounts, and evolving priorities with a strategic, consultative approach.

You’ll also identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, cross-sell relevant products and develop new business by understanding the market, the competition and what makes Rightmove Overseas a compelling choice for clients.

This role will be responsible for the Italy patch, so any additional language skills are a plus but not essential!

What you'll do

  • Develop long-term partnerships with key strategic accounts in the Overseas property sector, acting as their trusted point of contact.
  • Prospect, generate and convert new accounts to achieve revenue and activity targets, navigating complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Understand client challenges, provide insights on market trends, and recommend solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Keep up to date on industry developments and competitor activity to proactively guide your clients.
  • Represent our brand professionally in all client interactions - virtual or in-person - and embody our values in your day-to-day work.
  • Keep CRM records accurate, track account performance, provide reports, and ensure all interactions and deals are well documented.
  • Work with Product, Finance, Customer Services, and other teams to ensure smooth account management and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Create and execute account plans aligned to clients’ evolving priorities, business objectives, and your own revenue goals.
  • Own the account lifecycle by managing renewals, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and ensure clients are getting maximum value from our products.

Who you are

  • An experienced Account Manager that has successfully grown and managed accounts, delivered renewals, upsells, and new business.
  • You can manage complex accounts, multiple decision-makers and longer sales cycles with tailored solutions.
  •  You can manage multiple accounts efficiently, track performance, and turn data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborative, open, and supportive - you share successes and work with internal teams to achieve the best outcomes.
  • You hit targets consistently, thrive under pressure, and are always looking for ways to improve performance.
  • You understand how to build trust with stakeholders and provide consultative solutions that deliver real value.
